Alternative painting heart bouqet collages!

3rd graders studied many different aspects of art in this lesson. First they painted white paper with red and white tempera using things like bubble wrap, tooth brushes, combs and sponges. After the paint dried, students cut hearts and vases and glued them down on large white paper. Then they added details with oil pastel. Voila! Beautiful Heart Bouqet Collages!
